OEM Replacement Roll Bar Kit

Looks like the OEM cage yet it is built out of 2" .120" Wall tubing.
This kit comes fully notched for an extremly fast build, just assemble and
weld! One main bar, two rear suport bars and four mounting plates. (OEM
Soft pads will not fit this bar.)

Front Standard Straight Cage Kit

This is the time proven design of a single "U" bar that is mounted to the floor going straight up and just behind the windshield to the other side and back down again. It does come with two front overhead supports to tie it to your existing rear bar.

Full Cage Kit

This kit includes the Profile front cage as well as a full family style rear cage. The cage is designed to work with all the tops (hard and soft) available for the FJ40's. One of the key elements with this design is the ability to remove the cage as one unit if you ever should need to. The included NEW precision laser cut 4-piece rear mounting system utilizes 8 of the OE roll bar holes (on models originally equipped with roll bars). This mounting system distributes the mounting points for the four rear pillars over 200 square inches of the body on each side giving it superior strength to other designs. This kit is complete and ready to go, however you may wish to add the optional handles (custom bent to match the angle of the front pillars) and a set of overhead bars to help customize your set-up.

Front Profile Cage Kit

The Profile Cage Kit is our signature cage design. This was developed to maximize the interior of your Land Cruiser yet still work with the factory hardtop and soft tops. This particular style of front cage works with both the (pre 1975 FJ40's) top mounted windshield wipers and (post 1975) lower mounted wipers. The main “A” pillars are precision bent out of US made 2” .125” wall DOM (drawn over mandrel) tubing. The kit is complete and ready to go as is, however you may wish to add the optional handles (custom bent to match the angle of the front pillars) and a set of overhead bars to help customize your set-up.

FJ40 Tube Fenders

We also install tube fenders exclusively from Metal Tech

Complete tube only kit for one right and one left tube fender frame. This kit has all the tube pre-bent to provide you with 2.5” of added tire clearance. This kit will allow you to cut your upper fender aprons to allow for added clearance, yet still maintain the true Land Cruiser look. This kit is designed to use all your stock mounting points, provide the added strength of 1.5” .120” and .083” wall tube, yet still look like the OEM fenders with the front down turn.

Finish Kit

This kit includes everything need to finish the tube only kits into two built fenders. This kit has precision laser cut lower frame, front bonnet and rear body mounts. These mounts bolt right into existing holes plus one new hole and allow the fenders to unbolt from the truck if need. The kit also includes precision laser cut 20g sheet metal skins for the top of the fenders. The skins are complete and have the exact radius that matches the front edge of the fenders. To finish out the kit six 1.5” tube plugs to cap the open ends. One finishing kit completes two fenders
