Our FJ60 power steering gears are REMANUFACTURED, not just rebuilt - there is a difference!

A rebuilt steering gear is simply a used steering gear that has been cleaned up and new gaskets and seals have been installed. The worn out components that caused the leaks in the first place are not replaced in a rebuilt steering gear. We do not sell nor do we recommend rebuilt steering gears.

With the IPOR remanufactured steering gear all components are checked to ensure they meet factory spec, worn out components are replaced and new seals and gaskets are installed throughout. The service life of a remanufactured part is expected to be the same as a new part.
