Shipping & Returns


Iron Pig Off Road strives to complete your order as quickly as possible.  All orders on in stock items placed before 12:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday are shipped the day they are ordered, this excludes drop shipments. After 12:00 p.m. and on weekends and holidays the order is sent out the following business day.

All orders ship best method, which can include USPS, Fedex or UPS.  Some items may ship via truck freight.  Unless otherwise noted all orders ship Signature Required.

Standard Ground Shipping (USPS, Fedex or UPS) normally takes 3-7 business days.  Upgraded shipping of 2-Day and Overnight service is available - please call to confirm your order if you select this service.  We do not ship 2-Day or Overnight without confirmation.


Shipping Costs

All shipping for internet orders is calculated by UPS Software. Normally this is very accurate but actual shipping and handling charges can vary. In this event we will make every effort to contact you, however, if you cannot be reached your order will ship and you will be charged actual shipping and handling charges.  

All truck freight shipments  are based on a quote provided by the carrier. We will make every effort to make sure the quote is accurate and as reliable as possible, however actual charges may vary and additional charges may apply after the shipment is delivered. Truck freight is best received at a business location, ie a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift.  Residential delivery is available but additional charges and restrictions will apply.

Loss or Damage Claims

Please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt.  Merchandise is thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before leaving Iron Pig Off Road. Once an order leaves our shipping dock responsibility for its safe delivery is assumed by the carrier. Claims for loss or damage sustained in transit must be made with the carrier as follows:

Concealed loss or damage

Concealed loss or damage means loss or damage which does not become apparent until the merchandise has been unpacked. The contents may be damaged in transit due to rough handling even though the package may not show external damage, therefore please open and inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If your package has concealed damage you will need to make a written request for inspection by the carrier's agent within 10 business days of delivery date, then file a claim with the carrier per the carrier's claim policy.

Visible loss or damage

Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or receipt, and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to adequately describe such damage may result in the carrier refusing to honor a damage claim.

You must file a claim for damaged merchandise with the carrier as described above, do not return damaged merchandise to Iron Pig Off Road.

 

Return Policy

We do not accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by Iron Pig Off Road. To obtain an RMA number you must call Iron Pig Off Road during normal business hours. No unauthorized returns will be honored.  All sales are final after 30 days. A 20% restock fee is charged to all returns that were shipped correctly but the customer decided they did not need or want for whatever reason. Freight is non-refundable. Electrical parts, service manuals and used parts cannot be returned.

Warranty

All parts and accessories sold by Iron Pig Off Road carry a manufacturers warranty. Do not disassemble or make your vehicle inoperative until you have assured that the enclosed Iron Pig Off Road product is correct, and has been supplied complete. Iron Pig Off Road will be happy to supply any missing component and or parts via normal UPS ground delivery. Under absolutely NO circumstances will Iron Pig Off Road be responsible for next day air or overnight delivery, (even if Iron Pig Off Road is deemed responsible). It should be understood that any time an individual modifies a vehicle from manufacturers original design, however slight the modification is, he/she assumes all responsibility for that modification. Iron Pig Off Road takes no responsibility for the installation and workmanship of any after market part, installation, or incorrectly ordered part.

Driving a modified vehicle on or off the pavement increases safety risks and can enact greater forces on the vehicle.  Iron Pig Off Road parts warranty is limited to pre-installation. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the part/parts before installation. Damage incurred by negligent driving and or abuse is not the responsibility of Iron Pig Off Road and will not be warranted.
